MobyMax makes it easy to move students from one teacher's roster to another using the Transfer/Promote feature. This tool allows you to transfer students with just a few clicks—and optionally update their grade level in the process. Whether you’re preparing for a new school year or managing mid-year transitions, this feature ensures student rosters stay accurate and up to date.
To transfer or promote students from your MobyMax roster:
Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
Click the Manage tab at the top of the page.
Select the Student Roster button.
Click the Manage Roster tab at the top of the page.
Select the Transfer Manual-Rostered Students to Other Teachers link.
Check the box next to the student(s) you want to transfer.
Choose the teacher who will receive the students.
(Optional) Use the To Grade: drop-down to promote the student to a new grade level.
Click the Transfer/Promote Students button.
Want to keep a student on your roster while assigning them to another teacher?
Use the Share Students feature instead.
