Administrators can share student accounts with multiple teachers, ensuring that all educators have access to the student’s progress and performance data without needing to manually re-enter information.

When a student is shared, their account will automatically appear in the MobyMax roster of all assigned teachers, saving time and improving efficiency.


Sharing Students as a School Administrator

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
  2. Click "Students Roster" in the left navigation menu.
    • If needed, click the arrow next to "Moby for Teachers" and select "School Admins."
  3. Click "Manage Roster" at the top of the menu.
  4. Select "Share students with other teachers."
  5. In the left column, check the box next to the student(s) you want to share.
  6. In the right column, select the teacher(s) with whom you want to share the student(s).
  7. Click "Share Students" to complete the process.

Sharing Students as a District Administrator

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Click "Students Roster" in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click "Manage Rosters" at the top of the page.
  4. Click "Share students with other teachers."
  5. In the left column, check the box next to the student(s) you want to share.
  6. In the right column, select the teacher(s) with whom you want to share the student(s).
  7. Click "Share Students" to finalize the process.

Important Notes

Sharing students does not remove them from their original teacher’s roster. If a student needs to be reassigned to a different teacher instead of shared, use the "Transfer Students" option.

For Clever or ClassLink Schools: If your school uses auto-rostering via Clever or ClassLink, student shares must be updated within Clever or ClassLink before they are reflected in MobyMax.
