✔ Filter data by subject, grade level, and time frame for detailed insights.

How to View Data for Your Entire District

1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
2. Click "Charts and Graphs" in the left navigation menu.
3. Use the subject links at the top to filter data by subject area or view all modules.
4. Use the left-hand menu to analyze data by:
   • Usage
   • Active students
   • Skills completed
   • Overall progress
5. Apply filters using drop-down menus to view data by:
   • Grade level
   • Specific time frame
6. Click the printer icon in the upper right-hand corner to print charts and graphs for reports or presentations.

How to View Data for a Specific School

1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
2. Click "Charts and Graphs" in the left navigation menu.
3. Click the "School" tab at the top of the page.
4. Use the drop-down menu to select the school you want to view.

How to View Data for a Specific Teacher

1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
2. Click "Teachers Roster" in the left navigation menu.
3. Click the arrow in the "Go To" column for the teacher you want to view.
4. Click the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
5. Click the "Charts and Graphs" button.
6. For Classroom data, ensure the "Classroom" tab is selected.
7. To view data for a specific student, click the "Student" tab and select the student from the drop-down menu.
