MobyMax’s Custom Reports allow administrators to generate detailed insights on student usage, progress, and proficiency. Reports can be exported in CSV or PDF formats, making it easy to analyze and share data with educators.

School administrators can create reports for the entire school or specific teachers, allowing them to monitor student progress, usage trends, and teacher usage.

District administrators have access to comprehensive reporting across multiple levels—district-wide, school-specific, and individual teacher reports—providing a holistic view of student achievement and performance trends.


How to Generate Custom Reports

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school or district administratoraccount.
    • School Administrators: If needed, click the arrow next to "Moby for Teachers" at the top of the page and select "School Admins."
  2. Click "Custom Reports" in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click "Create New Report" at the top of the page.
  4. Use the radio buttonsto select the desired report level:
    • District-level report (District Admins only)
    • School-level report
    • Teacher-specific report
  5. Select the report type, subject(s), time period, and student(s) to include.
  6. Click "Generate Report."


Note: Reports may take a few minutes to process. Once ready, they will appear under the "Custom Reports" section.


Downloading Custom Reports

After generating a report, you can download it in your preferred format:

  • CSV/Excel Format – Ideal for sorting and analyzing data in spreadsheets.
  • PDF Format – Best for printing and sharing reports with staff or saving to your local device.


To download, navigate to the "Download" section and select "Excel/CSV" or "PDF".
