To access and utilize student management features, including the ability to share or transfer students, teachers must verify their accounts. This verification can be achieved through two methods: by confirming their account using the email domain associated with their school, or through verification by school or district administrators registered at the school or district in Mobymax.

Administrators Can Verify Teacher Accounts Registered to Their District by:

1. Sign in to your MobyMax District Administrator account.
2. Select the "Teachers Roster" link on the left navigation menu.
3. Click on the "Manage Roster" link at the top of the page.
4. Select the "Verify teachers" link.
5. Place a checkmark to the left of the name of the teacher(s) and click the "Verify Teacher" button.

The teacher account will now be verified and the teacher can access the share and transfer student features.

Note: Teachers are automatically considered verified when registered through ClassLink, Clever, or from the

administrator with a CSV import.
