Teachers can also add contact information for the parents or guardians of their students.

Contact information such as name, phone number, and email for the parents or guardians of their students can all be entered and used to communicate with your student's parent or guardian. Contact information is then stored in one place, making it easy to access when needed. With this feature, teachers can ensure they have the most up-to-date contact information for their students.

To add parental or guardian contact information for a student:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the "Tools" tab.
  3. Under the "Communicate" section, select "Messenger."
  4. Locate the gray button labeled "Student Contacts" and click on it.
  5. Select the name of the student whose contact information you would like to add.
  6. Click the "Add New Contact" button.
  7. From the drop-down menu, select the appropriate relationship.
  8. Fill in the required contact information and click "Save."


Now you can easily send messages to your student's parent or guardian right from the Messenger module.

To view or modify existing parent or guardian contact information for a student:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the "Tools" tab.
  3. Under the "Communicate" section, select "Messenger."
  4. Click on the name of the student who you want to view or edit contact information for.
  5. Select the existing name of the parent or guardian contact.
  6. Review or edit any details directly from this screen. 
  7. Select the "Save" button after editing any details to save your updates.
