The Messenger module in MobyMax provides a safe and structured way for students to communicate directly with their teachers. This one-on-one messaging tool helps students stay connected and supported, while maintaining a secure learning environment.
Important: Students can only send messages to teachers they are rostered under in MobyMax. Messaging between students is not allowed.
How Students Can Read and Reply to Messages:
Sign in to the student account.
Click on the Messages tab at the top of the page.
Messages sent to the student will appear on this page to read.
Click on the Send Message button.
Select the name of the teacher or parent you want to send a message to.
Type your message in the reply box.
Click Send to deliver your message.
Once sent, the teacher will receive the reply in their own Messenger inbox within MobyMax.
