School administrators have the option to quickly update student profile information for any student who is currently registered to their school in MobyMax. This feature can be accessed through the Student section of the administrator panel. Student information such as name, username, password, Student ID, and more can be adjusted in the blink of an eye! This ensures that student records are up-to-date and accurate at all times.

To edit student profile information as a school administrator:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
  2. Select the "Students Roster" link on the left navigation menu.
    • Note: You may first need to select the "MobyMax Central for Teachers" link at the top of the page and select the "School Admins" option.
  3. Select the name of a student in blue that you want to update.
  4. Edit the available fields for name, username, password, or Student ID.
  5. Click the “Save” button.


Note: If your students are rostered through Clever or ClassLink, any updates to student names, student IDs, and usernames will need to be updated within the Clever or ClassLink platform.
