School administrators in MobyMax have access to powerful reporting tools and dashboards while also having options to enable settings and features at their school site. The school administrator account is unique in the fact that it is able to switch between a teacher and school administrator view. This means that school administrators can use MobyMax as a teacher, while also having school admin-level access.
School administrators can also register teachers and roster students within their school. The school administrator dashboard is equipped with easy-to-access buttons that help you navigate the various reports and settings that are available.
To register as a school administrator:
- Navigate to our MobyMax Administrator Registration page in your browser.
- Use the drop-down menu on the registration panel to select the "School Administrator" option.
- Fill out your name, title with your school, and select your state.
- Type the name of your school in the "Find Your School" box.
- Enter your school email address and provide a password that you will use to access your account.
- Click the "Register Free" button.
Note: There is typically a 24-hour verification window when a new administrator account has been registered. If you have an existing MobyMax teacher account that needs to be updated to a school administrator, simply contact support to get your account verified and updated.
Using your school administrator account:
- Sign in to your MobyMax administrator account.
- If the "MobyMax Central for Teachers" banner is displayed, select the arrow to the right and choose the "School Admins" selection.
- Use the links in the "Admin Reports" and "Admin Tools" sections to navigate your dashboard.
Your view should now be switched over to the school administrator dashboard where you can view school statistics and reporting. Click the arrow on the "MobyMax Central for School Admins" banner and choose the "Teachers" option to switch back to your teacher view.
