MobyMax offers teachers the flexibility to delete placement tests for their students at any time, whether the test is in progress or has already been completed. Furthermore, teachers have the option to start students in a subject module without assigning a placement test. Instead, teachers can manually assign specific skills for the student to work on or start the student at a predetermined grade level.
To delete a completed or in-progress placement test for a student:
- Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
- Select the "Curriculum" tab at the top of the page.
- Click on a subject button for Mathematics, Language, or Foundational Reading.
- Select the “Scores” tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the “Placement Test” link on the left sidebar.
- Select the name of a student who you want to delete a placement test from.
- Check the box next to the placement test you wish to delete.
- Click on the “Delete Test" button.
- Select the "Delete" option at the prompt.
Note: If a student only has one placement test result, deleting this placement test will result in the deletion of all lessons and progress in that subject. This will require the student to start over in that subject.
